Art/Live2D commission terms
Commissioned art can be used for the following purposes
(with credit if possible):
Social media/blog posts
Profile pictures, headers banners etc
Streams/Videos/Websites/etc (including monetisation)
Gift/Giveaway
Edits/Modification (for non-commercial use only)
Commissioned art cannot be used for the following purposes (unless agreed upon otherwise):
Reselling
Merchandise (any small scale printing for personal use is fine)
Claiming as your own/someone else's work
NFTs
I have the right to refuse any commission, but I will generally not accept NSFW (just nudity is okay), hate speech, or any material intended to cause harm
Payment
All international transactions will be done through Ko-fi (for illustrations) or Paypal invoice (Live2D art and rigs).
Local (Malaysian) transactions can be done via bank transfer or ShopeePay.
Please remember for both of the above I will be able to see your legal name (i.e. what you use on Paypal or the Bank account)
For art commissions I may accept Steam or Bandcamp gift cards. However if something comes up I cannot refund these.
